How We Determine Rates:
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your entire order before any deductions or special offers.
- Not subject to special offers.
- Charges are calculated before taxes.
- All orders are subject to verification or change.
- If item(s) are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped, as there will be multiple packages shipped.
- Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase in price after the order is finalized.

Order Arrival:
Orders placed on Moznaim.com take 2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. Orders placed after 7 PM, on weekends, or on Jewish holidays will be processed the following 2 business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Lost Packages:
Once a package's tracking status is marked as "delivered," Moznaim.com relinquishes responsibility for any subsequent issues, including loss or misplacement. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and timely retrieval upon notification. For concerns regarding delivery or package whereabouts, please contact the designated carrier directly.
Shipping Timeframes:
Shipping time is the number of business days it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse. Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days depending on distance. Expedited shipping is generally 2 business days, and Premium shipping is generally 1 business day, based on the time of day your order is placed.
Multiple Items:
Moznaim.com ships items as they become available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.
Backorders:
Items listed on Moznaim.com are typically in stock and ready to ship. However, inventory levels are not guaranteed, and in rare cases an item may not be available at the time of packaging. Backordered items will be shipped separately via Standard Delivery through the U.S. Postal Service once available. If an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order or your order may be canceled, and you will be promptly notified.
International Orders:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. By placing an order to an international address, you agree to pay any and all such fees as required by your country.
If you refuse delivery of an international shipment, you will be responsible for every fee associated with returning the package to us, including but not limited to return shipping costs, customs fees, and any other carrier-imposed charges. These amounts will be deducted from your refund, and if they exceed the order value, you may be billed for the difference.
Delivery Refusal:
If you refuse delivery of an order, it will be treated as a standard return. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will both be deducted from your refund, along with any applicable restocking fee. If the refused package is lost in transit on its way back to us, no refund will be issued.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders exceeding $99, excluding international orders and expedited shipping. Standard shipping applies, and the promotion may be modified or terminated at any time.
