Shipping Policy

How We Determine Rates:

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your entire order before any deductions or special offers.
  • Not subject to special offers.
  • Charges are calculated before taxes.
  • All orders are subject to verification or change.
  • If item(s) are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped as there will be multiple packages shipped.
  • Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase in price after the order is finalized.
  • All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery through the U.S. Postal Service.

 Order Arrival:

Orders placed on take 2 business day to process and shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed after 7 PM or on weekends or Jewish holidays will be processed the next 2 business day.

 Lost Packages:

Once a package's tracking status is marked as "delivered," relinquishes responsibility for any subsequent issues, including loss or misplacement. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and timely retrieval upon notification.

For concerns regarding delivery or package whereabouts, please contact the designated carrier directly. While we are committed to providing assistance, our responsibility concludes upon the verified delivery status.

 UPS and USPS Shipped Items:

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days. Expedited shipping time is generally two business days, based upon the time of day you place your order. Premium shipping time is generally one business day, based upon the time of day you place your order. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Orders will not be processed on Jewish holidays. The anticipated arrival date is reflected on the shipping options page.

 Multiple Items: ships items as they’re available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.


The items listed on are typically in stock and ready to ship. We try to keep our stock as accurate on our website as possible. However, please note that inventory levels are not guaranteed, and in rare cases, an item may not be available in our warehouse at the time of packaging. In such instances, the affected item will be shipped separately once it becomes available. If an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order or your order may be canceled, and you will be promptly notified of any adjustments to your order status.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders exceeding $99, excluding international orders and expedited shipping; standard shipping applies, and the promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. reserves the right to change these policies at any time.
