Return Policy

Returns and RMA Policy

Thank you for shopping at Moznaim.com. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Requirement: Before returning any item, you must obtain a valid RMA number. Moznaim.com is not responsible for any returns shipped to our warehouse without obtaining an RMA number.

Returns: Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Gift Cards
  • Free Items provided with purchases are non-returnable for cash value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the refund for any returned item. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return, including inspection and reintegration into inventory. The specific deduction percentage may vary based on the condition of the item and the timing of the return.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, contact us at info@moznaim.com.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@moznaim.com and send your item to: 4304 12th Ave, Brooklyn, New York, US, 11219.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Free Items Included With Purchases: Free Items provided with purchases are non-returnable for cash value. If a purchased item is returned, the free item associated with that purchase must also be returned in its original condition to receive a refund.

Shipping: To return your product, mail it to: 4304 12th Ave, Brooklyn, New York, US, 11219. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Returns and Restocking Fee Policy - Discounted Items

At Moznaim.com, we appreciate your business, and we want to provide clear guidelines regarding returns for discounted items.

Return Eligibility for Discounted Items: Returns on items purchased at a discounted price are accepted, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may be rejected entirely.

Restocking Fee: Starting January 2024, returns on discounted items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling returns. The specific restocking fee percentage will be communicated to you by our customer service team when you request a Return Authorization.

Return Shipping Responsibility: In addition to the restocking fee, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs of discounted items. This includes both the cost of returning the item to our facility and any associated shipping fees.

Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional return fees. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.

Refund Process for Discounted Items: Once your return of a discounted item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Moznaim.com reserves the right to update or modify this returns and restocking fee policy at any time.
