Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirement
- Before returning an item, you must obtain a valid RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
- All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by Moznaim.com. Whether via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, we will provide the appropriate shipping label for your return.
- Returns shipped independently, without using our provided label, will not be processed or refunded.

Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless caused by our error).
- Gift cards.
- Free items included with purchases (cannot be returned for cash value).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee & Refund Process
- A restocking fee of up to 20% applies to most returns.
