1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirement
- Before returning an item, you must obtain a valid RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
- All returns must use the shipping label provided by Moznaim.com (via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL). Returns shipped without our provided label will not be processed or refunded.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless caused by our error).
- Gift cards.
- Free items included with purchases.
- Custom or personalized products.
3. Delivery Refusal
- If a customer refuses delivery of an order, it will be treated as a standard return. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will both be deducted from the refund, along with any applicable restocking fee.
- If the refused package is lost in transit on its way back to us, no refund will be issued.
4. Fees & Refund Process
- A restocking fee of up to 20% applies to most returns.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost we incurred to ship your order will also be deducted from your refund.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Items not meeting eligibility criteria may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
