How We Determine Rates

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your entire order before any deductions or special offers.
  • Not subject to special offers.
  • Charges are calculated before taxes.
  • All orders are subject to verification or change.
  • If item(s) are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped as there will be multiple packages shipped.
  • Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase in price after the order is finalized.
  • All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery through the U.S. Postal Service.

The primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds per box. Additional fees are charged for Expedited and Premium shipping.
This service is available in all 50 states and Canada.

Home Delivery

**Brooklyn Only**. For just an extra $5 we will deliver straight to your address. This covers your entire order no matter the weight. There may be some remote areas where we cannot deliver. You will be notified during the checkout process if we cannot deliver to your zip code. No P.O. Boxes. See below for more details.


Order Arrival:

Orders placed on take 1 business day to process and shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed after 7 PM or on weekends or Jewish holidays will be processed the next business day.


UPS and USPS Shipped Items

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days. Expedited shipping time is generally two business days, based upon the time of day you place your order. Premium shipping time is generally one business day, based upon the time of day you place your order. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Orders will not be processed on Jewish holidays. The anticipated arrival date is reflected on the shipping options page.

Please not that it takes 1 business day for your order to be processed by and shipped.


Multiple Items: ships items as they’re available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.



The items listed on are typically in stock and ready to ship. We try to keep our stock as  accurate on our website as possible. If an order is placed and an item is not in our warehouse at the time of packaging, the item will be shipped separately. The customer will be notified once the item has shipped. Home Delivery:

The following delivery information and services apply to Home Delivered items only. Look for the Home Delivery option when adding your product to the Shopping Cart or when reviewing your product in the Shopping Cart, to determine whether this applies to your order.

This service is only available in Brooklyn. Some zip codes are ineligible for this service and to ship to those zip codes they will be shipped through USPS or UPS.

One $5 charge applies per trip regardless of the number of items. All items must be on the same order, and delivered to the same address on the same date.

Note: Certain products and/or brands may not qualify for Home Delivery. Look for the delivery option when adding your product to the Shopping Cart or when reviewing your product in the Shopping Cart to determine whether the product you are purchasing is eligible for Home Delivery.

Notification of Home Delivery date: will contact you the day before delivery to provide a 4-hour delivery time window. We will notify the customer for any changes in the delivery time. In case of inclement weather please allow extra time for delivery. Please be patient if our delivery service is delayed.

NOTE: If the delivery time message is left on your voicemail, then confirmation is not necessary.

When needing to obtain the delivery time:

  • Delivery time information is available the day before the delivery date, after 4:00 P.M. Call 718-475-1555.
  • You must be available for the four hours of your delivery time window to ensure delivery is not missed.

Before We Arrive

Customer Responsibility

  • A responsible adult, 18 years or older, must be present during delivery.
  • If merchandise is to be left on the porch, garage or outside, a responsible neighbor or representative must accompany the Delivery Team and sign for delivery.
  • In inclement weather, please make sure there is a clear path from the street to the residence entrance (no ice, snow, debris, etc.)

Rescheduling Delivery

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact 718-475-1555 to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives. In order to expedite your request, please have your invoice or order number and the phone number that was used when your order was placed. Please keep in mind that on the day of delivery we do offer a 1/2 hour call ahead to notify you that the delivery team is on their way.
